Due to the impact of Covid-19 (Coronavirus), the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority has closed its headquarters, visitor attractions (Carew Castle, Castell Henllys and Oriel y Parc), its car parks and sections of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path until further notice. All meetings and events are cancelled until further notice. If you have any queries please call 01646 624800 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
A formal timetable is set for the exchange of documents and comments relating to the appeal which all parties, the Appellant, the Planning Authority, The Inspectorate and any third parties, must follow.
The timetable can be viewed by clicking Hearing Timetable in the main menu on the left.
After the exchange of documents has been completed, a hearing date is agreed and a venue booked. This is usually in a local hall close to the appeal site.
The Hearing can be held in English or Welsh. The Inspectorate require advance notice if the Hearing is to be held in Welsh so that suitable arrangements can be made.
All parties, including any members of the public who can request to be heard, are able to put forward their views personally to the Inspector. These views can be presented personally or you can appoint an Agent to prepare and present them on your behalf.
After hearing everybody’s views, the Inspector will visit the site.
The Hearing will then end and the Inspector will leave to consider the matter.
