The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is a special place and needs careful management to look after it for everyone to enjoy, now and in the future. At the National Park Authority we’re charged with keeping the Park special.

The Park is a unique environment made up of many things - wildlife, habitats, farming, history, tourism, business and local communities. Our job as an Authority is to work to achieve a happy balance for all those with an interest in the Park.

It’s worth remembering that National Parks are not in public ownership. Most of the land is privately owned. In fact in the Authority owns just under 1% of the area of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
